How can I prepay my advance balance?
You can pay off your account early by signing into your account and using the make a payment link or calling (888)213-5744 and requesting that your balance be debited from your bank account on record. You may be eligible to receive a refund based on the number of days that your account was open.

When can I request a cash advance loan?

Louisiana fee details
As a reminder to renew, you will need to pay the fees, plus 25% of the principal amount for payday loans, or just a $95 fee for loans ($500). You have until two business days before your due date at 2:00 PM EST to call or login to your account and complete the renewal request. If you decide not to renew your account, no further steps are required and your full balance will be withdrawn from your bank account on your due date. Once your account has been paid in full, you can request another advance by logging into your account.

Delaware fee details & Utah fee details
Your cash advance will be made through an installment loan and the number of payments will be determined at the time you sign the promissory note and disclosure statement. You must pay off your loan in full before you can re-borrow.

Mississippi fee details
Your full balance will be withdrawn from your bank account on your due date. Once your account has been paid in full, you can request another advance by logging into your account.
